Find everything you need to know about our programs, pricing, and registration to get your athlete started on their journey.
wHAT IS ALL STAR CHEERLEADING?
All Star Cheer is a team sport built around teamwork, friendship, athletic growth, and fun. Unlike school cheer programs, All Star teams do not cheer for football or basketball games. Our athletes cheer and compete for themselves as a team, training together to perform exciting, high energy routines at competitions throughout the season.
Athletes learn stunts, tumbling, jumps, dance, motions, and performance skills while building confidence, discipline, leadership, and strong friendships. Every practice is designed to help athletes grow individually while learning the importance of trust, teamwork, and supporting one another. When one athlete succeeds, the whole team rises together.
Families often find All Star Cheer to be worth the investment because athletes receive far more than competition experience. They gain structured physical activity, goal setting, confidence, accountability, teamwork skills, and a positive environment that feels like a second home. The gym becomes a place where kids stay active, make lifelong friendships, build resilience, and create memories that last long after the season ends.
At Flex Athletics, we focus on creating an encouraging family atmosphere where athletes of all skill levels can learn, grow, compete, and most importantly, have fun together.
